Wine : Allegro

Blend : 70% Gamay, 30% Cabernet

Terroir : This Loire Valley rosé wine reflects our terroir. The soil supports the root structure of the vine and influences the drainage levels and amount of minerals and nutrients that the vine is exposed to. The subsoil is composed of disintegrated mica schist stone which offer a high-quality terroir.

Vinification : Direct press so as to reach a frank and light colour. Fermentation in underground vat for 6 months, under controlled temperature so as to preserve the fruit aromas. Then, fermentation is stopped so as to obtain a soft rosé wine (residual sugars : 6 gr/l).

Tasting notes : Salmon pink in color. The wine features different aromas of raspberry, litchi, fruit drop and rose. The soft and silky attack gives this rosé wine a beautiful velvety structure. A tasting pleasure.

Food Matching : Served nicely chilled with red meat, grilled meat, pasta and salads. Also with grilled prawns.

Ageing potential : Enjoy within the next one to two years for optimum freshness.

Alcohol : 12% /vol
