Terroir : This Gros Plant aged on lees is sourced from 40 years-old vines. A rocky soil, located to the south facing vineyard. An exceptional qualitative soil which offers a high-quality ripening period. A shallow soil based on disintegrated mica schists stones.

 

 

 

Tasting notes : An attractive and fresh white wine. The colour is yellow clear with golden hues. It has attractive floral aromas of citronella, thyme, linden-tree flowers and rape citrus. The palate is rich and well-rounded with a fresh finale.

Food Matching : Perfect served chilled at 8°-12°C with seafood and lobster.

Ageing potential : 1-2 years.
