Wine : L’Orangeraie ” Fût de Chêne”

Appellation : Muscadet Sèvre et Maine sur Lie

Grape Variety : 100%  Melon de Bourgogne

Terroir : This Muscadet Sèvre et Maine sur lie matured in French oak casks reflects an original winemaking. The parcel is facing Southwest and the wine is sourced from 40 years old vines. The subsoil is composed of disintegrated mica schist stone which offers a high-quality terroir. It is beautifully balanced with woody aromas.

Tasting Notes : The colour is yellow with golden hues. It is elegant and seductive with floral aromas (buttercup and lilac) but also rum and vanilla. This wine features aromas of citrus zest with a touch of freshness. The palate expresses a beautiful aromatic persistence, a very exciting finale with discreet oaky-ness.
