Grape Variety : 100% Melon de Bourgogne

Terroir : Sourced from 40 years old vines planted in a soil with a presence of quartz. A shallow soil based on disintegrated mica schists stones. The parcel is facing Southwest wich offers a wine with a perfect structure.


Tasting Notes : This Muscadet from Loire Valley Region features aromas of hazelnut, crystallized fruits and a hint of fresh apple. In mouth, the attack is soft and beautifully balanced. It is a well rounded white wine.

Food Matching : Perfect served chilled at 8°-12°C with flat fish such as lemon sole, plaice, brill or turbot. Nice with goat cheese salad or asparagus drizzled with lemon butter. Also, good with sushi ans sashimi or ceviche with striped bass, grouper, sole or flounder ceviche with lime, shallots and coriander.

Ageing potential : 3-5 years.
