55-year-old vines. Schist subsoil. Stony, very healthy, filtering soil. The composition of this soil gives us a high quality terroir.

VINIFICATION

Traditional vinification and ageing on lees from 18 to 24 months with a pronounced mineral side.

TASTING 

Color Golden yellow with hints of white.

Nose Mineral power with hints of ripe white fruit such as pear.

Palate Very powerful with fruity aromas, beautiful complexity with a fat, mineral finish.
