	TASTING Robe Yellow with silver highlights Nose Intense with floral aromatic nuances Palate Very structured and full-bodied, with good length and a fresh, round, mineral finish (reminiscent of our terroir).
	Food Matching Gourmet cuisine, fish in sauce, shellfish and cheese Ageing potential 5 to 8 years Temperature : 8° à 12°
