TERROIR

Emissions from old vines over 40 years old. The subsoil contributes to the natural drainage of the soil. The soil is healthy, filtering and underlain by schist rock.

VINIFICATION

Traditional vinification and maturation in tanks on lees for 10 months to reveal the mineral and complex side of the terroir

TASTING 

Dress : Yellow with green highlights

Nose : Very fine, with notes of white flowers and lime blossom.

Mouth : Crisp, rich and well-balanced with a rather tonic mineral finish.

Food Matching

Goes well with aperitifs as well as elaborate dishes: fish in sauce, white meats or cheese

Ageing potential 5 to 8 years
Temperature : 10° à 12°
