This traditional method is vinified in brut rosé from bled rosés. 

VINIFICATION

Bottled after fermentation in vats. Resting on laths for 9 months. Zero brut bottling without expedition liqueur.

TASTING 

Dress: Salmon pink colour

Nose: Ripe strawberry and red fruit aromas 

Palate: Fruity with a lot of roundness, sun-drenched.
