	VINIFICATION Vinification entirely in traditional oak barrels. From its fermentation to the end of its 10 months maturing on lees.
	TASTING Colour: Yellow colour with golden reflections. Nose: Elegance with vanilla and toasted notes. Palate: Pretty tension, stimulating finish with a discreetly melted woody note.
	Food Matching Goes very well with white meats in sauce and soft cheese. Keeping potential: 5 to 8 years Temperature: 8° to 12° C
